下载后可任意编辑滨河流域的资源保护与规划利用讨论滨河流域的资源保护与规划利用讨论 符永文 摘要：城市生态水系是非常重要的自然资源，对城市的进展有着至关重要的作用和影响，城市在进展建设过程中需要加强生态水系的保护力度，对城市生态河流资源进行合理科学的利用。因此，为了更好地分析生态水系与城市进展的关系，本文将以宁远河流域崖州段环境资源保护利用规划为例，通过分析宁远河的进展现状，对其资源保护与利用进行讨论，从而提出对生态水系的进展具有一定建设性的意见。 关键词：生态水系;资源保护;规划利用;城市进展 Abstract： The urban ecological water system is a very important natural resource， which has a vital role and influence on the development of the city. The city needs to strengthen the protection of the ecological water system in the process of development and construction ， and make rational and scientific use of the urban ecological river resources. Therefore ， in order to better analyze the relationship between the ecological water system and urban development ， this article takes the environmental protection and utilization planning of the Yazhou Section of the Ningyuan River Basin as an example， by analyzing the development status of Ningyuan River and studying its resource protection and utilization， it puts forward some constructive opinions on the development of ecological water system. Key words： ecological water system;resource protection;planning and utilization;urban development 1下载后可任意编辑 1 寧远河流域崖州段环境资源综述 1.1 进展沿革 宁远河发源于海南保亭黎族苗族自治县西部的毛感乡仙安石林南麓的红水岭，地跨三亚、乐东、保亭三市（县），全长 90.20 公里，流域面积 986 平方公里，是海南省长度排名第四的河流，因流经古宁远县治（今崖州区）而得名。宁远河从毛感乡仙安石林发源，上游流经崇山峻岭和原始密林，中游进入三亚北部的丘陵地区，到了三亚西北部的雅亮就开始进入平缓的下游河谷平原，最后流经崖州区，在港门村注入南海。宁远河在三亚...
