In this paper, the reasons for modern distance education students dropping out are briefly analyzed, and from aspects of remote education counseling strategies and modern education technology, suggestions are put forward to perfect the learning support service system under modern distance education environment, and the methods to realize the specific function of learning support services are also put forward. 关键词： 远程教育；学习支持服务；功能 Key words: distance education ； learning support services ；function 中图分类号：G420 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（20XX）23-0264-02 0 引言 伴随知识经济时代的来临，人的全面进展、终身学习等先进的教育思想已经深化人心，人们不再局限于传统的学习模式。远程教育就是在这种环境下应运而生，它不同于传统的教学模式，具有自主性、交互性、协作性、开放性、网络化等特点。远程教育的这种特点，能够满足人们对终身教育的需求。远程教育以人为本，把进展人作为教育目标，采纳“以学员为中心”的新模式和新视角。学习支持服务是远程教育的基础和前提，充分体现了以人为本的教育理念。然而，远程教育的教学也需要学习支持服务的强大支撑。在新形势下，讨1下载后可任意编辑论学习支持服务系统有着重要的现实意义。徐州工业职业技术学院是四川大学、南京大学、华东理工大学的现代远程教育徐州教学中心，已合作 7 年多。笔者结合徐州工业职业技术学院学校的办学情况，做了以下讨论。 1 远程教育学员辍学原因 1.1 学习者个人特征因素的影响一些较难或无法改变的个性特征，缓慢持久地影响着远程学习者的学习效果。他们普遍存在着年龄偏大，经济压力较大，身体欠佳等问题。假如没...
