下载后可任意编辑血清 4-羟基壬烯醛、人软骨糖蛋白-39、肾损伤分子-1 诊断早期糖尿病肾病的临床意义讨论血清 4-羟基壬烯醛、人软骨糖蛋白-39、肾损伤分子-1 诊断早期糖尿病肾病的临床意义讨论 余世纪 苏晓清 王桂良 [摘要]目的 探討血清 4-羟基壬烯醛(4-HNE)、人软骨糖蛋白-39(YKL-40)、肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)在糖尿病肾病(DN)早期肾损伤中的临床价值,并分析 4-HNE、YKL-40、KIM-1 与肾损伤指标、血糖水平、血脂水平的相关性。方法 选取 20XX 年 1~7 月萍乡市人民医院内分泌科收治的 89 例 2 型糖尿病(T2DM)患者,根据 24 h 尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)结果分为正常蛋白尿组/单纯糖尿病组(NA 组)、微量蛋白尿组(MI 组)和大量蛋白尿组(MA 组)。另选萍乡市人民医院体检科的 53 例健康体检者作为健康对比组(NC 组)。采纳酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测各组血清中的 4-HNE、YKL-40、KIM-1 浓度。结果 MA 组的血清 4-HNE、YKL-40、KIM-1 高于 MI 组,差异有统计学意义(P [关键词]糖尿病肾病;尿白蛋白;脂质过氧化;氧化应激;生物标志物 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum 4-hydroxynonenal ( 4-HNE ) , serum human chondroglycoprotein-39 ( YKL-40 ) and kidney injury molecule 1 ( KIM-1 ) in early renal injury of diabetic nephropathy ( DN ) , and to analyze the correlation of 4-HNE , YKL-40 and KIM-1 with renal injury index , blood glucose and lipid level.
