下载后可任意编辑预制装配式钢结构建筑经济性讨论预制装配式钢结构建筑经济性讨论 矫霞 摘要：近些年，我国大力提倡建筑工业化进展，预制装配式钢结构建筑体系，具备良好的减震抗震效果，并具有有效缩短施工工期以及绿色环保等特点，十分符合我国颁布的政策以及建筑产业化的要求，其进展前景十分宽阔。本文主要分析的是预制装配式钢结构建筑的构造和建筑的施工成本，以此为相关人员提供一些帮助和参考。 关键词：预制装配式;钢结构建筑;经济性讨论 Abstract： In recent years， China has vigorously advocated the development of construction industrialization. The prefabricated steel structure building system has good shock absorption and earthquake resistance effects， and has the characteristics of effectively shortening the construction period and being green and environmentally friendly， so it is in line with the policies promulgated by China and the requirements of construction industrialization， and its development are very broad. This article mainly analyzes the construction and construction cost of prefabricated steel structure buildings to provide some help and reference for relevant personnel. Key words： prefabricated assembly;steel structure building;economic research 0 引言 我國正处在经济社会与城市化的快速进展时期，每年都有大量的建筑项目进行施工，大多数的工程项目所用的结构都是砖混结构或者是现浇混凝土结构，不仅劳动强度过大，且施工周期较长，无法有效保证施工的质量，因此预制装1下载后可任意编辑配式的施工模式应时而生并成为我国建筑行业的进展趋势。而国民受传统的居住习惯和思想的影响，到目前为止还不能接受预制装配式的建筑结构，对其的认知还存在一定程度上的误解，导致此种模式的进展受到很大的阻碍，因此需加大对装配式建筑的推广力度。 1 预制装配式钢结构建筑的应用情况 预制装配式钢结构建筑是由国外传入中国的，例如法国在工业化装配建筑当中将预应力混凝土框架体系作为主要结构体系，大部分构件连接都是使用焊接的干式连接方式;在美国很多城市中，所选取的建筑结构大部分是以钢结构和装配式混凝土结构为主;而澳大利亚的建筑...
