(Hereinafter referred to as Party A) 乙方：（以下简称乙方）Party B: (Hereinafter referred to as Party B) 依照《中华人民共和国合同法》及其他有关法律、法规，在公平、诚实信用的基础上，为明确双方在服务期间的权利义务，双方本着平等互利、协商一致的原则，达成如下条款， 以便共同遵守。Based on the Contract Law of the People ’ s Republic of China and other relevant laws as well as regulations, and on the basis of justice, honesty, in order to specify rights and obligations of both parties during the service, the two parties reach the following terms on the principle of equality and mutual benefit and of negotiated consensus in order to together abide by the contract signed. 一、服务范围及期限 Scope and Term of Service 经双方友好协商，甲方根据乙方实际需求，可向乙方提供仓储、运输配送服务项目。Through negotiation of both parties, Party A shall provide Party B with service of warehouse, transportation and distribution according to actual demand of Party B. 本协议自年月日起生效， 有效期至年月日。 合同到期，一方如需续签， 应在合同期满之前 30 日提出，双方就服务内容重新协商签订书面合同；若无已续签，合同到期自动终止。This Contract shall come into effect from ,valid till .
