Based on the actual production process and production theory reasonable design scheme was developed.The status and role of ethylene oxide in the national economy was discussed in this paper. Furthermore, the produce methods, the principle of produce and process were also interpred. Material balance of the main equipments, such as: the mixer, the reactor, the absorb tower of epoxyethane, and the absorb system of carbon dioxide have been calculated.
