幼儿园体育课程资源的开发与利用——以宿迁市 A 幼儿园为例摘要 学前阶段是人生的基础和重要阶段,我们要注重关注幼儿的健康,与幼儿健康息息相关的就是体育课程。本研究的主要目的是了解江苏省宿迁市 A 园体育课程资源开发与利用的实况。本研究通过问卷法和访谈法,从以下三个维度对体育课程资源进行了调查:体育课程人力、设施和信息资源。发现了这样的一些问题:教师开发与利用体育课程资源的意识薄弱、家长主动参与积极性不高、设施利用和管理不善、社区资源利用不够和信息资源转化能力不够。进一步探讨其影响因素,主要有传统观念的影响、幼儿园管理者重视不够、教师的专业素养有待提高和相关培训较少对幼儿园体育课程资源开发与利用的影响。研究者结合在 A 园发现的问题和相关影响因素,提出了应对之策,主要对幼儿园体育人力资源提出了加强培训、提高意识、增添书籍、增强反思意识、增进对家长资源的了解和合理开发家长资源的建议,对体育课程设施资源提出了提供资金保障、合理布局场地资源、加强对资源的管理和对其他设施资源利用的建议,对体育信息资源的开发与利用提出了多途径获得信息和善于使用多媒体技术的建议。关键词 幼儿园 体育课程资源 开发与利用 Research on the Development and Applicaation of Physical Curriculum Resources in Kindergarten——A Case Study of kindergarten A in Suqian CityAbstract Preschool stage is the foundation and important stage of life,we should pay attention to the health of children,and children’s health is closely related to the Physical Education Curriculum.This research investigates the PE curriculum resources from three dimensions:the PE curriculum human resources,the PE curriculum facilities resources and the PE information resources through the questionaire and the interview.The main problems are found:weak awareness of teachers to develop and use,low enthusiasm of parents to participate actively,poor use and management of facilities,inadequate use of community resources and insufficient ability to transform information resources.Further study on the influencing factors,mainly the...
