1幼儿园主题活动中家长资源的利用现状研究摘要 幼儿园主题活动的特点,使教师必须根据活动需要,合理利用各种课程资源,并将资源整合到活动中去,以使主题活动能够顺利开展,并促进幼儿身心和谐全面健康发展。通过调查幼儿园主题活动中家长资源利用的现状,有利于在实践中发现幼儿园在主题活动中利用家长资源存在的问题;有利于使家长能够积极热情地参与幼儿园的教育实践活动;也有利于结合当地幼儿园可能存在的问题给出相关建议。本次研究通过问卷调查及访谈的方法分析发现,存在教师对家长资源的概念理解还不够清晰、教师未能主动开发利用家长资源、教师在利用家长资源的类型时无法达到平衡各类资源、家长参与的表面性与被动性等问题,主要原因在于教师被现有教材的限制、能力方面的欠缺、家长教育观念未能及时改变、家长能力与经济水平的不足、幼儿园缺少支持、缺乏相关制度保障以及对家长缺乏指导等。基于这些问题及原因,研究者将从教师、家长、幼儿园这三个层面提出相关策略与建议。关键词 主题活动 家长资源 利用现状2Research on the Utilization of Parents' Resources in Kindergarten Theme ActivitiesAbstract Kindergarten theme activities’ characteristics, make teachers must reasonably utilize all kinds of curriculum resources according to the needs of activities, and integrate them into activities, so as to make the theme activities smoothly, and promote the harmonious, comprehensive and healthy development of children's body and mind.
