第 1 页中班幼儿教师在集体教学活动中表扬行为的观察研究摘要 在“赏识教育”盛行的今天,表扬成为评价幼儿的重要方法。成人的表扬行为对于幼儿自我的形成、自信心等方面有一定影响。本研究以宿迁市 X 园中班教师为研究对象,观察教师在集体教育活动中的表扬行为,发现教师的表扬行存在着在表扬时间上更倾向于即时表扬;在表扬对象上更容易表扬女幼儿,且对个人的表扬多于对集体的表扬;在表扬类型上以口头表扬为主;在表扬取向上过程取向的表扬较多;在表扬效果上大部分情况下幼儿会出现积极的反应与愉悦的情绪的特点。表扬行为存在问题有表扬对象不全面、引发表扬的行为单一、表扬形式单一等。研究者还分析了影响幼儿教师表扬行为的因素:幼儿教师自身的因素、幼儿园相关培训缺失与受传统教育的影响。提出了提高教师表扬运用有效性的教育建议:提高教师的表扬素养、幼儿园加大培训力度。关键词:幼儿教师 表扬行为 中班第 2 页Middle class preschool teacher praises behavior in collective teaching activities Observational studiesAbstract In the "appreciation of education" prevalent today, praise has become an important way to evaluate children.
