I雅美设计公司绩效管理现状分析及对策研究内 容 摘 要在我国这几年来,市场竞争愈来愈大,为了在社会市场上立足,实现企业战略目标,绩效管理越来越备受重视。但是,目前我国大部分企业在对绩效管理的运用中,还存在着各种矛盾和难题,以至于阻碍了企业的发展。如何解决绩效管理中存在的问题,使绩效管理实施更加有效,是我国国内学者应更进一步探讨研究的方向。本文以雅美设计公司的绩效管理为基础,通过调查雅美设计公司员工对于该公司绩效管理方面的了解程度和意见,搜集其绩效管理五个阶段的资料,找出绩效管理在中小型企业中存在的问题,并对问题的进行进一步的分析,利用所学到的相关理论知识提出相应的解决办法。关键词:绩效管理;绩效考评;雅美设计公司;绩效IIResearch on performance management of Yami Design Co,.
