延迟策略在生鲜产品电商配送中的应用研究迟策略在生鲜产品电商配送中的应用研究摘 要以经济总体发展迅速为特点的当今世界,人们的餐桌饮食需求也随着经济发展而变得多样化、差异化,对膳食营养的高要求使得人们在乎食物的新鲜度和品质。生鲜产品是每日必不可少的食物种类,人们对所吃的生鲜产品关注的是其新鲜度和品质还有生鲜配送的速度和质量,表现出差异化需求。而生鲜产品能否确保新鲜关键要看生鲜配送的速度、时效和响应能力等方面。但是面对着人们增多的对生鲜产品的差异化需求,生鲜配送问题逐渐凸显,这会直接影响生鲜产品的质量,降低消费者的满意度,阻碍生鲜配送的发展。要解决生鲜配送的问题,就需要用到一种可以有效应对需求不确定性和差异化并且能快速响应从而降低成本和风险的方法,延迟策略应运而生。本文主要研究延迟策略在生鲜产品电商配送环节的应用,将延迟策略作为研究对象着手分析,在介绍了延迟策略、CODP 定位理论基础上,找出生鲜配送的现状和问题所在,用文献研究、比较假设、CODP 定位的方法,分析关于配送环节的 CODP 定位相关模型,结合案例分 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文析,对延迟策略和 CODP 定位的应用进行研究,最后提出延迟策略的应用对策和建议。关键词:延迟策略;CODP;生鲜配送;需求差异化 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Research on the application of delay strategy in fresh product e-commerce distributionAbstractIn today's world characterized by rapid economic development, people's demand for table food has become diversified and differentiated with economic development.
