扬州润通汽车 4S 店销售人员绩效评价研究摘要由于我国在人员绩效评价上存在着评价方式主观性、单一性等问题,使我国汽车 4S 店的人员对所在企业的满意度降低,导致我国汽车 4S 店得人员流失性比较大,不利于我国汽车服务业的健康发展。本文以本地区的扬州润通汽车 4S 店销售人员作为研究对象,通过实地考察和个人访谈,分析和总结扬州润通汽车 4S店销售人员绩效评价现状,进而发现其在销售人员绩效评价方面存在的问题,最后根据以上研究提出解决这些问题的建议。关键词:汽车 4S 店;销售人员;绩效评价Yangzhou embellish tong auto 4S store sales personnel performance evaluation researchABSTRACTWith the rapid development of national economy, more and more residents have cars purchasing power. 2010 car production reached 10 million vehicles, including car about 600 million vehicles, Chinese car consumption into round of rapid growth phase.
