摘 要为了有效地支护和控制顶板,必须设计出不同类型和不同结构尺寸的液压支架。液压支架的设计工作是十分重要的,因为它能极大地提高劳动生产率,被广泛地应用于现代化矿山的机械化工作面。本文简单介绍了支撑式、掩护式和支撑掩护式液压支架的特点;概括地说明了掩护式液压支架的技术参数、结构特点、工作原理和应用范围;阐述了四连杆机构的优越性。首先,根据给定条件进行比较分析,选择一种比较合理的方案,然后,根据工作条件,选择并确定支架的主要参数及支架各部分结构。在支架受力分析中,主要分析顶梁、掩护梁、底座等的受力情况,并根据受力确定各部件的结构尺寸,对其进行了强度校核。本文设计的液压支架稳定性好、整体性强、安全性高,符合安全生产的要求。关键词: 液压支架; 结构; 强度; 掩护式AbstractTo protect and control crest plank effectively ,we have to design hydraulic supports that belong to different types and different structure sizes. The design work of hydraulic support is very important. Because it can raise labor productivity greatly, broadly used in the modern mechanized mining face.This text simply introduces the characteristic of holding support, shield support and holding-shield support. It explains generally the technique parameters, the structure characteristics, work principle and applications of shield support. It also expounds the superiority of the four linkage bar. Firstly, it compares and analyses according to the given conditions, selects a more reasonable program. Then according to work conditions, this design chooses and decides support’s main parameters and the structure of all the parts of support and then selects the appropriate hydraulic system that it fits the support. In the accepting-strength analysis of support, Analysis mainly accepting-strength status of roof beam, covering beam and the base.
