摘 要习近平总书记倡议的“一带一路”战略,是我国中小企业“走出去”的战略框架以及大方向,近年来越来越多的中小企业抓住这一历史时机,走向国际化市场。我国中小企业快速成长、壮大,成为我国经济力量中的主力军。本文从我国中小企业的特点、现状及问题入手,着重探讨了在“一带一路”背景下我国中小企业国际化发展过程在可能遇到的外部环境风险以及企业内部的风险,并提出实施企业联合战略、本土化战略、差异性市场营销战略、加强品牌化建设、开辟市场分散风险等防范与规避风险的方法。关键字:中小企业,国际化战略,风险研究AbstractThe "Belt and Road" strategy advocated by General Secretary Xi Jinping is the strategic framework and general direction of "going out" by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in China, and more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have seized this historic opportunity to move into international markets in recent years.
