The CDA Supplementary General Conditions –2009 Edition ( CDA Supplementary Conditions) refers to the articles of, or adds new sub-articles to, the 2007 AlA Document A201 — General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. Together with the 2007 AlA Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor and the AlA General Conditions, CDA's Supplementary General Conditions provides a comprehensive contract agreement that delineates the duties and responsibilities of all relevant parties and serves to clarify and protect the interests of the lender in the construction administration process.
