中国医院布草洗涤与欧洲EN 14065 标准 随着医学知识的普及与提高，以及《传染病防治法》的宣传和执行，针对不同对象和需求，如何建立科学、合理、有效、安全的医院布草洗涤标准和方法，预防不必要的交叉感染，特别是在医院这样高危人群聚集的地方，越来越显出其重要性。医院布草洗涤是防止院内感染的重要环节之一。目前医院洗衣房承担着员工工服、病服、手术服、床单、被褥、毛巾、敷料等的清洗；清洗的污垢包括人体污渍、血渍、排泄物、药渍、油渍、色渍等众多污渍，服务对象覆盖了从刚出生的婴儿到所有年龄段的成人。目前，我国绝大多数医院洗衣房（医院洗涤厂）还没有实行一套完整且行之有效地控制交叉污染的洗涤标准。2002 年，欧洲在全球率先制定 了这方面 的洗涤标准即 EN14065标准，笔 者 通 过 学习 此 标准，并 结 合国内目前医院布草洗涤的现 状 ，提出了具 体改 进 方法和内容 。 【 Abstract】 In China, as the health knowledge became more and more common among the people and as the publish of the Infection Disease Prevention Law by government, to establish scientific, reasonable, effective and safe standard for hospital laundry is getting more and more important and urgent. Due to the specialty of the hospital linen washing, the controlling of cross contamination became the most important issue in the total hospital laundry cycle. The complication and variety of the hospital linen washing is a common sense, which including staff uniform, patient clothes, surgery clothes, bed sheets, bad pad, towels and other linen, dealing with the soils including body dirt, blood, fasces, drugs, oils and colors. EN 14065 standards is established by European Union in 2002. It is the standard for hospital laundry.
