精品文档---下载后可任意编辑1800MHz 电磁辐射对大鼠海马感觉门控 P50 的影响的开题报告摘要:本讨论旨在探究 1800MHz 电磁辐射对大鼠海马感觉门控 P50(Sensory Gating P50)的影响。采纳随机分组的方法将 32 只雄性 SD 大鼠分为 4 个组,分别为对比组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。对比组暴露于正常环境下,低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组每日暴露于 1800MHz 电磁辐射 4 小时、6 小时和 8 小时。采纳行为实验记录 Sensory Gating P50,采纳免疫组化技术检测大鼠海马的 5-HT 受体 1A(5-HT1A)表达情况。结果显示,暴露于 1800MHz 电磁辐射可显著降低大鼠海马感觉门控 P50 的幅值,并且高剂量组降低程度最为明显(P<0.05);低剂量组和中剂量组感觉门控 P50 的幅值也有所下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。至于 5-HT1A 的表达情况则没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。本讨论表明,1800MHz 电磁辐射对大鼠海马感觉门控 P50 的幅值有一定的抑制作用。关键词:电磁辐射;感觉门控 P50;大鼠海马;5-HT1A;免疫组化Abstract:This study aims to investigate the effects of 1800MHz electromagnetic radiation on the sensory gating P50 in rat hippocampus. 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, low-dose group, middle-dose group, and high-dose group. The control group was exposed to a normal environment, while the low-dose group, middle-dose group, and high-dose group were exposed to 1800MHz electromagnetic radiation daily for 4 hours, 6 hours, and 8 hours, respectively. Sensory gating P50 was recorded using behavioral experiments, and the expression of 5-HT1A in rat hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that exposure to 1800MHz electromagnetic radiation significantly reduced the amplitude of sensory gating P50 in rat hippocampus, and the reduction was most significant in the high-dose group (P<0.05); the low-dose group and middle-dose group also showed a slight decrease in the amplitude, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of 5-HT1A (P>0.05). This study suggests that 1800MHz electromagnetic radiation has a certain inhibitory effect on the amplitude of sensory gating P50 in rat hippocampus.Keywords: electromagnetic radiation; sensory gating P50; rat hippocampus; 5-HT1A; immunohistochemistry
