At present, parallel analog-to-digital converters based on CMOS technology have become a research hotspot due to their fast, repeatable and low power performance. Therefore, this paper proposes a scheme to design a 1GSs CMOS parallel analog-to-digital converter and conduct research on system-level simulation and performance analysis.This paper first introduces the basic working principle and classification of analog-to-digital converters, and focuses on the principle and characteristics of parallel analog-to-digital converters; then, it analyzes the main problems and countermeasures of parallel analog-to-digital converters in current research; Then, the design principles and methods of 1GSs CMOS parallel analog-to-digital converters are introduced 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑in detail, and the system-level simulation results and performance analysis data are discussed.Finally, combined with existing research results, the innovative aspects of the design scheme in this paper are summarized, and the prospect of future work is proposed.Keywords: analog-to-digital converter; parallel analog-to-digital converter; CMOS technology; system-level simulation; performance analysis.
