Background and SignificanceDistal humeral fracture is a common injury in adults, which may result in significant pain, loss of function, and disability. The diagnosis and treatment of this injury require accurate radiographic assessment. However, the conventional orthogonal radiography may fail to provide sufficient information on the rotational deformity of the distal humeral fracture, which is a common complication and contributes to poor clinical outcomes. The 30-degree tilted position radiography is a novel diagnostic technique that allows a better visualization of the rotational deformity of the distal humeral fracture, which helps surgeons to plan the optimal treatment strategy and achieve favorable outcomes.2. Research ObjectivesThe objectives of this study are:1. To evaluate the reliability and accuracy of the 30-degree tilted position radiography in the assessment of the rotational deformity of the distal humeral fracture.2. To investigate the clinical outcomes of the patients with distal humeral fracture who undergo surgical treatment based on the 30-degree tilted position radiography.3. To explore the potential benefits and limitations of the 30-degree tilted position radiography in the diagnosis and treatment of distal humeral fracture with rotational deformity.3. Research MethodsThis study will be a single-center retrospective cohort study. The study population will consist of patients with distal humeral fracture who undergo radiographic assessment and surgical treatment in our hospital between January...
