精品文档---下载后可任意编辑45 钢渗 Zr 合金层摩擦磨损性能及电化学性能讨论中期报告摘要:针对航空发动机冷、热工作介质的腐蚀、氧化和磨损问题,本讨论以 45 钢作为基材,制备了不同厚度的 Zr 合金层,讨论了其摩擦磨损性能及电化学性能。摩擦磨损测试结果表明,添加 Zr 合金层可以有效提高45 钢的耐磨性能。同时,在电化学测试中,Zr 合金层对 45 钢具有良好的阻抗效果和耐蚀性能。中期成果表明,加入 Zr 合金层可以明显提高45 钢的耐久性能和使用寿命,为航空发动机等高负载工件的保护提供了一种可行的解决方案。关键词:45 钢;Zr 合金层;摩擦磨损性能;电化学性能Abstract:In order to solve the problems of corrosion, oxidation and wear of the working medium in cold and hot air engine, this study takes 45 steel as the base material, prepares Zr alloy layers with different thicknesses, and studies their friction and wear performance and electrochemical properties. The friction and wear test results show that adding Zr alloy layers can effectively improve the wear resistance of 45 steel. At the same time, in the electrochemical test, Zr alloy layers have good impedance effect and corrosion resistance to 45 steel. The mid-term results show that adding Zr alloy layers can significantly improve the durability and service life of 45 steel, providing a feasible solution for the protection of high-load components such as aviation engines.Keywords: 45 steel; Zr alloy layer; friction and wear performance; electrochemical properties.
