By preparing ring specimens and conducting tensile fatigue tests, the influences of factors such as fatigue cycles, stress amplitude, and temperature on the fatigue crack of ABS ring specimens are explored. The experimental results show that the fatigue cycle has a significant effect on the fatigue life of ABS ring specimens. When the fatigue cycle increases, the fatigue life of the ring specimen will significantly shorten; stress amplitude is one of the important factors affecting fatigue crack, and larger stress amplitude will lead to faster fatigue crack of ABS ring specimens; temperature also has an influence on the fatigue crack of ABS ring specimens, and the fatigue life of the ring specimen will decrease as the temperature increases.Through this study, we can have a deeper understanding of the fatigue crack behavior and influencing factors of ABS materials, providing a reference and guidance for the optimization design of ABS materials in engineering applications.Keywords: ABS material; ring specimen; fatigue; crack behavior; influencing factors.
