精品文档---下载后可任意编辑AMFR 在不同转移潜能的肺癌细胞株的表达及其对细胞侵袭力影响的开题报告摘要:AMFR(autocrine motility factor receptor)在多种恶性肿瘤中高表达,与肿瘤细胞侵袭性、转移能力密切相关。本讨论旨在探讨AMFR 在不同转移潜能的肺癌细胞株中的表达情况及其对细胞侵袭力的影响。实验结果显示,高转移潜能肺癌细胞株 A549 和 H460 中 AMFR表达明显增加,与低转移潜能肺癌细胞株 H1299 相比有统计学差异(P<0.05);AMFR 过表达显著增强了 A549 和 H460 细胞的侵袭能力,而 AMFR 减弱则抑制了细胞的侵袭能力。讨论结果表明,AMFR 可能参加调控肺癌细胞的侵袭及转移过程,是一个值得重点讨论的靶点。关键词:AMFR;肺癌细胞株;转移潜能;细胞侵袭Abstract:AMFR (autocrine motility factor receptor) is highly expressed in various malignant tumors, and is closely related to the invasiveness and metastatic ability of tumor cells. The aim of this study was to explore the expression of AMFR in lung cancer cell lines with different metastatic potentials and its effect on cell invasion. The results showed that the expression of AMFR was significantly increased in the highly metastatic lung cancer cell lines A549 and H460, compared with the lowly metastatic cell line H1299 (P<0.05); Overexpression of AMFR significantly enhanced the invasion ability of A549 and H460 cells, while weakening AMFR inhibited the invasion ability of cells. The results of this study indicate that AMFR may be involved in regulating the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer cells and is a potential target for further research.Keywords:AMFR; lung cancer cell lines; metastatic potential; cell invasion
