The treatment for ovarian cancer involves a combination of surgery and chemotherapy; however, the prognosis for patients with advanced stage ovarian cancer remains poor. Therefore, there is a need for new interventions that can effectively target ovarian cancer cells. The mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) is a protein kinase that plays a crucial role in cell growth, proliferation, and survival. Dysregulated mTOR signaling has been associated with numerous diseases, including cancer. Activated mTOR signaling promotes cancer cell growth and survival, making it an attractive target for cancer therapy. In recent years, several studies have shown that activating the mTOR signaling pathway can promote the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells. However, the exact mechanisms underlying this phenomenon remain unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the impact of AM activation of the mTOR signaling pathway on the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cells.HypothesisActivation of the mTOR signaling pathway by AM promotes the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cells.ObjectivesThe primary objective of this study is to investigate the effect of AM activation of the mTOR signaling pathway on the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cells. The secondary objectives include:1. To investigate the effect of AM on the levels of key proteins involved in the mTOR signaling pathway.2. To evaluate the expression levels of the AM receptor in human ovarian cancer cells.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑3. To investi...
