精品文档---下载后可任意编辑ATM 在孕激素治疗子宫内膜癌中的作用及其机制讨论开题报告摘要:子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma)是女性常见的一种恶性肿瘤,其发病率逐年增加,成为妇科恶性肿瘤的重要一种。近年来,孕激素治疗已成为子宫内膜癌的一种非手术治疗手段,但其治疗机制仍不清楚。本论文旨在探讨 ATM 在孕激素治疗子宫内膜癌中的作用机制,为临床治疗提供理论依据。本讨论将采纳对孕激素治疗下子宫内膜癌患者的子宫内膜细胞进行 ATM 基因表达分析的方法,同时用小鼠子宫内膜癌模型验证 ATM 在孕激素治疗中的作用。讨论结果可为临床更好地应用孕激素治疗提供指导,同时也有助于子宫内膜癌的早期预防和治疗。关键词:ATM;孕激素;子宫内膜癌;治疗机制Abstract:Endometrial carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in women, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year, becoming an important type of gynecological malignant tumor. In recent years, hormonal therapy has become a non-surgical treatment for endometrial carcinoma, but its mechanism of action is still unclear. This paper aims to explore the mechanism of action of ATM in hormonal therapy for endometrial carcinoma, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. This study will use ATM gene expression analysis to analyze endometrial cells of patients with endometrial carcinoma treated with hormones, and use a mouse endometrial carcinoma model to verify the role of ATM in hormonal therapy. The research results can provide guidance for better application of hormonal therapy in clinical treatment, and also help to prevent and treat endometrial carcinoma in the early stage.Keywords: ATM; hormones; endometrial carcinoma; treatment mechanism
