The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between leptin gene promoter -2548G/A polymorphism and early-onset coronary heart disease. A case-control study was conducted, setting up a control group and a case group, collecting peripheral blood samples from the case group and the control group, extracting DNA, and performing PCR amplification, restriction enzyme digestion and gene typing. By comparing the differences in genotype and allele frequency between the two groups, we will analyze the correlation between leptin gene promoter -2548G/A polymorphism and early-onset coronary heart disease. The expected results will provide new ideas for exploring the mechanism of early-onset coronary heart disease.【Keywords】Leptin gene; promoter -2548G/A polymorphism; early-onset coronary heart disease; case-control study
