精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Cu-Al 基高温形状记忆合金的组织及性能讨论中期报告摘要:Cu-Al 基高温形状记忆合金是一种新型的高温形状记忆合金材料,具有良好的高温形状记忆性能和机械性能。本讨论通过对 Cu-Al 基高温形状记忆合金材料的热处理工艺、组织结构和力学性能进行讨论,探讨了其高温形状记忆机制和影响因素。实验结果表明,采纳适当的热处理工艺可以得到具有优异的高温形状记忆性能和力学性能的 Cu-Al 基高温形状记忆合金材料。关键词:Cu-Al 基高温形状记忆合金;热处理;组织结构;力学性能;高温形状记忆机制Abstract:Cu-Al based high temperature shape memory alloy is a new type of high temperature shape memory alloy material with excellent high temperature shape memory and mechanical properties. In this study, the heat treatment process, microstructure and mechanical properties of Cu-Al based high temperature shape memory alloy were investigated to explore its high temperature shape memory mechanism and influencing factors. The experimental results show that Cu-Al based high temperature shape memory alloy with excellent high temperature shape memory and mechanical properties can be obtained by using appropriate heat treatment process.Key words:Cu-Al based high temperature shape memory alloy; heat treatment; microstructure; mechanical properties; high temperature shape memory mechanism
