In DTN, communication occurs through a series of temporary connections between nodes, which may be interrupted due to delay, mobility, congestion or other factors. The routing protocol is critical in DTN because it determines the best path for data transmission between nodes.Dynamic Broadcasting and Waiting Routing (DBWR) and Congestion Control are two important aspects of DTN routing. DBWR method is used to broadcast messages from one node to another in a dynamic way, where the forwarding node waits for a certain period before passing the message to the next node. Congestion Control is used to avoid the congestion of data packets in the network by regulating the flow of data between nodes.Objectives:The main objective of this research is to propose a new DBWR and Congestion Control strategy for DTN to improve the performance of data transmission. Specific objectives include:1. Investigate the state-of-the-art research on DTN routing protocols, particularly on DBWR and Congestion Control strategy.2. Analyze the current shortcomings of the existing DBWR and Congestion Control mechanisms in DTN.3. Propose a new DBWR and Congestion Control strategy based on real-world network situations and evaluate its performance through simulations.4.
