Recent studies have found that FAF1 is also related to the occurrence and development of multiple cancers. However, there has been no in-depth exploration of the relationship between FAF1 and human gastric cancer. This study aims to explore the expression of FAF1 in human gastric cancer and its correlation with clinical efficacy.By detecting the expression levels of FAF1 in human gastric cancer and normal tissues, we found that the expression of FAF1 in human gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in normal tissues, and low expression of FAF1 was negatively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation, invasion depth, and lymph node metastasis. In addition, low expression of FAF1 also indicated poor prognosis.In summary, this study revealed the expression changes of FAF1 in human gastric cancer and its correlation with clinical efficacy, providing new reference for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.Keywords: FAF1; human gastric cancer; expression level; clinical significance
