精品文档---下载后可任意编辑HG440th 大型褐煤 CFB 锅炉运行诊断及调整试验讨论的开题报告【摘要】本文以一台 HG440th 大型褐煤 CFB 锅炉为讨论对象,对其运行过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的诊断和调整方法。首先,通过对锅炉的主要参数进行监测和分析,发现锅炉存在连续运行时间短、出口氧含量高、床温高、脱硫效率低等问题。针对以上问题,本文提出一系列的解决方案,包括合理调整循环风量、优化喷煤器结构、实行泵送氧化剂、调整鼓风机频率、优化出口管道结构等。对于每种方案都进行了理论计算、实验测试和现场试运行,保证了实验效果。通过本文的讨论,可以有效提高大型褐煤 CFB 锅炉的运行效率,减少运行成本,降低排放量,提高环保水平。同时,本文的方法也可以为其他类似锅炉的运行调整提供有价值的参考。【关键词】褐煤 CFB 锅炉,运行诊断,调整试验,环保,能源【Abstract】In this paper, a HG440th large-scale brown coal CFB boiler is selected as the research object to analyze the problems during its operation and propose corresponding diagnosis and adjustment methods. Firstly, by monitoring and analyzing the main parameters of the boiler, it was found that the boiler had problems such as short continuous running time, high outlet oxygen content, high bed temperature, and low desulfurization efficiency. In response to these problems, a series of solutions are proposed in this paper, including adjusting the circulating wind volume, optimizing the pulverized coal injector structure, adopting pumped oxidant, adjusting the frequency of the blower, and optimizing the outlet pipeline structure. The theoretical calculations, experimental tests, and on-site trial runs were conducted for each solution, ensuring the effectiveness of the experiments.Through this research, the operation efficiency of large-scale brown coal CFB boilers can be effectively improved, operating costs can be reduced, emissions can be reduced, and environmental protection levels can be improved.
