This paper aims to explore the expression and clinical significance of HIF-1α in breast cancer tissues. Literature retrieval method was used to search for relevant literature and comprehensive analysis was conducted. The results showed that the expression of HIF-1α was significantly increased in breast cancer tissues and was closely related to the growth, metastasis, prognosis and other aspects of tumors. Therefore, HIF-1α can be used as a new biological marker for prognosis evaluation of breast cancer patients, which has important guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. The research in this paper will provide new theoretical and experimental basis for the treatment of breast cancer.Key words: HIF-1α; breast cancer; expression; clinical significance.
