Currently, traditional methods of treatment are not effective, therefore, new treatment methods need to be explored. Gene therapy is one of the hot research topics in pancreatic cancer treatment. This study aims to explore the feasibility and safety of using hTERT promoter-driven HSV-TK gene therapy to treat pancreatic cancer.In this study, we will use pancreatic cancer cell lines and mouse models to verify the therapeutic effect of hTERT promoter-driven HSV-TK. We will design the experimental group and control group, provide treatment at different time points and doses, observe the effects of treatment and adverse reactions.
