The main pathological feature is the deposition of IgA immune complexes in the glomeruli. In addition, renal fibrosis and glomerular sclerosis are also involved in disease progression. The exact mechanisms underlying the development of IgA nephropathy are not well understood and effective therapeutic interventions are limited. Therefore, it is important to establish animal models of IgA nephropathy to investigate the pathogenesis and explore potential therapeutic strategies.ObjectivesThe objectives of this study are to establish a rat model of IgA nephropathy with glomerular sclerosis and to investigate the intervention effect of Wen Yang Huo Xue formula on the model.MethodsThe IgA nephropathy rat model will be established by intraperitoneal injection of anti-rat IgA antibody. The rats will be divided into a model group and a treatment group. The treatment group will receive Wen Yang Huo Xue formula by oral gavage for 4 weeks. Urine samples and blood samples will be collected to evaluate renal function. Kidney tissues will be collected for histological examination and analysis of collagen deposition and inflammatory infiltration.Expected resultsThe rat model of IgA nephropathy with glomerular sclerosis will be successfully established, and the Wen Yang Huo Xue formula is expected to improve renal function and reduce renal fibrosis in the treated group compared to the model group.ConclusionThis study will provide a valuable animal model of IgA nephropathy with glomerular sclerosis, and explore the 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑therapeutic potential of Wen Yang Huo Xue formula for the treatment of IgA nephropathy.
