MAD1L1 is a critical mitochondrial dynamic regulator, and its abnormal expression is associated with the occurrence and development of many cancers. This paper aims to study the expression of MAD1L1 in breast cancer tissues and its clinical significance. By collecting clinical data and cancer tissue samples from 100 breast cancer patients, the expression of MAD1L1 was detected by immunohistochemistry, and its relationship with the clinical pathological characteristics of patients was analyzed. The results showed that MAD1L1 was often overexpressed in breast cancer tissues, and had a certain correlation with age, tumor size, invasion depth, TNM staging and other indicators. Therefore, MAD1L1 can be used as a potential molecular marker and therapeutic target for breast cancer, and may become a new breakthrough in breast cancer treatment.Key words: MAD1L1; breast cancer; immunohistochemistry; clinical significance
