精品文档---下载后可任意编辑JNK/MAPK 信号通路介导活化素 B 对皮肤创伤愈合的调控的开题报告【摘要】活性氧化素 B(ROS-B)作为氧化应激信号分子参加皮肤创伤愈合过程,在愈合过程中扮演重要作用。本讨论旨在探讨 JNK/MAPK 信号通路是否介导 ROS-B 对皮肤创伤愈合的调控。实验中采纳大鼠实验模型,利用足底毛细血管裂伤模型建立皮肤创伤愈合模型。通过 HE 染色、Masson 染色以及免疫组织化学染色法检测皮肤创伤愈合程度以及JNK/MAPK 信号通路的表达变化。结果显示,在皮肤创伤愈合过程中,ROS-B 的水平升高,并且 JNK/MAPK 信号通路被激活;通过应用 ROS-B 抑制剂和 JNK/MAPK 抑制剂,发现这两种药物可以抑制 ROS-B 及其下游 JNK/MAPK 的活化,同时减缓大鼠创伤愈合的速度。综上,JNK/MAPK 信号通路介导 ROS-B 对皮肤创伤愈合的调控,为讨论 ROS-B 参加皮肤创伤愈合机制提供了新的思路。【关键词】活性氧化素 B;JNK/MAPK 信号通路;皮肤创伤愈合;大鼠实验模型【Abstract】Reactive oxygen species B (ROS-B) plays an important role in the process of skin wound healing by acting as an oxidative stress signaling molecule. This study aims to investigate whether the JNK/MAPK signaling pathway mediates the regulation of ROS-B on skin wound healing. In the experiment, a rat model was used, and a foot microvascular rupture model was established to establish a skin wound healing model. The degree of skin wound healing and the changes in JNK/MAPK signaling pathway expression were detected by HE staining, Masson staining and immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that the level of ROS-B increased during skin wound healing, and the JNK/MAPK signaling pathway was activated. By applying ROS-B inhibitors and JNK/MAPK inhibitors, it was found that both drugs could inhibit the activation of ROS-B and its downstream JNK/MAPK, and at the same time, slow down the rate of rat wound healing.
