This study aims to explore the adaptive effect of NaCl-induced on cucumber seedlings under low temperature and weak light.Cucumber seedlings were treated with low temperature (10°C) and weak light (150-200 µmol m^-2 s^-1), and NaCl solutions of different concentrations were applied: 0 mM, 50 mM, 100 mM, and 200 mM. The effect of NaCl treatment on the growth and physiological indicators of cucumber seedlings, including chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity, soluble protein content and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were studied.The expected result is that NaCl treatment can improve the growth and adaptability of cucumber seedlings under low temperature and weak light conditions by increasing chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity, reducing MDA content, and increasing soluble protein content to maintain cell stability.
