Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe and analyze the distribution of nanoparticles and the structure of the PTFE matrix in the composites. Through image processing and calculation methods, the distribution density and size distribution of nanoparticles in the composite, as well as the grain size and crystallinity of the PTFE matrix, were quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that the nanoparticles were evenly distributed in the PTFE matrix and had a relatively uniform size distribution.
