Microglia are the most abundant type of glial cell in the brain and play an important role in immune regulation and neuroprotection. However, the toxic effects of MA on microglia and its mechanism of action are not well understood. The aim of this study is to investigate the role of PUMA in MA-induced apoptosis of microglia. Using cell biology techniques, we will elucidate the mechanism by which PUMA plays a role in MA-induced apoptosis of microglia, with the aim of providing new therapeutic strategies for the prevention and treatment of MA-related diseases.Keywords: Methamphetamine; microglia; apoptosis; PUMA; treatment
