This paper mainly introduces the preparation, structure and properties of relaxor ferroelectric materials, and analyzes their application and development prospects. Firstly, the concept, classification and characteristics of relaxor ferroelectric materials are introduced. Then, the preparation methods are reviewed, including conventional solidification method, sol-gel method, hydrothermal method, solvent thermal method, etc., and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are analyzed. Secondly, the structure of relaxor ferroelectric materials and its influencing factors are elaborated in detail, including crystal structure, grain size, ferroelectric phase transition temperature, etc., and the mechanism and influencing factors of relaxor effect are emphasized.
