精品文档---下载后可任意编辑射线照相检验工艺规程射线照相检验工艺规程Prepared By 编制: Date 日期: Reviewed By 审核: Date 日期: Approved By 批准: Date 日期: Scope范围1.1 This procedure is provided for x-ray radiographic examination techniques in accordance with the requirements of ASME Code Section , VIII Division 1 , latest applicable edition and addenda.Ⅰ本规程适用于根据 ASME 法律规范第Ⅰ卷、第Ⅷ卷第一分册最新版本及增补的要求进行的 X 射线检测。1.2 This procedure is intended for examination of the welded joints in ASME Code vessels fabricated with steel.本规程适用于 ASME 法律规范产品钢制容器的对接焊缝。1.3 This procedure shall be supplemented by the examination instruction which defines the variable more specific for the job to be examined.本规程应由具体详细的检测工艺文件的做补充。2Qualification of NDE Personnel检测人员资格2.1 Any NDE personnel concerning with this examination shall be qualified as radiographic examiner in accordance with Written Practice for Qualification and Certification of Nondestructive Examination (NDE) Personnel(QCD-08-01), which conforms to the requirements of SNT-TC-1A (2024) and ASME Code SectionⅠ、VIII Division 1.从事射线检测的人员必须按本公司《无损检测人员培训考评及认证实施细则》（文件号：QCD-08-01）进行资格评定和认证，此实施细则符合 SNT-TC-1A（2024）及 ASME 法律规范第Ⅰ卷、第Ⅷ卷第一分册的要求。3Equipment, Tools and Materials检测设备、器材3.1 Level II examiner shall select the equipment, tools and materials in compliance with the following condition and the requirements of the examination instruction.Ⅱ 级人员所选用的设备、器材应能保证符合下列条件和 RT 工艺卡的要求。3.2 Radiation Source射线源One of the following equipment listed in Table 1 shall be used.
