精品文档---下载后可任意编辑SI-ATRP 技术用于新型含氮螯合树脂的制备及其吸附性能讨论的开题报告摘要:本文讨论了一种新型含氮螯合树脂的制备方法和其在水中金属离子吸附方面的性能。该树脂基于交联聚合物,通过表面活性剂引发的 SI-ATRP 技术进行制备。首先,以苯乙烯为单体,甲基丙烯酸为交联剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,引发 SI-ATRP 反应获得含有可控结构的聚苯乙烯/甲基丙烯酸(PS/MAA)杂化微球。然后,通过伯胺化反应,将多肽掌握分子引入树脂结构中,得到含有多肽分子的含氮螯合树脂。实验结果表明,新型含氮螯合树脂对 Ni(Ⅱ)离子具有较好的吸附性能。在 pH 为 7.0 的条件下,该树脂对 Ni(Ⅱ)的最大吸附容量为385.5 mg/g,且吸附过程符合 Langmuir 等温模型。本讨论为新型含氮螯合树脂的制备及其水处理领域应用提供了理论和实验基础。 关键词:SI-ATRP;含氮螯合树脂;金属离子吸附;多肽分子。Abstract:This paper studies a new type of nitrogen-containing chelating resin and its performance in the adsorption of metal ions in water. The resin is based on cross-linked polymers and is prepared by SI-ATRP technology initiated by surfactants.Firstly, cross-linked poly (styrene/methacrylic acid) (PS/MAA) hybrid microspheres with controllable structure were obtained by SI-ATRP reaction initiated by benzoyl peroxide using styrene as monomer and MAA as crosslinking agent. Then, peptide grasping molecules were introduced into the resin structure through the bermination reaction to obtain nitrogen-containing chelating resins containing peptide molecules.The experimental results showed that the new nitrogen-containing chelating resin had good adsorption performance for Ni (II) ions.
