It is the most common type of endometrial cancer and accounts for about 80% of cases. SIRT1 is a protein that is involved in various cellular processes including DNA repair, apoptosis, and aging. SIRT1 has been shown to play a role in the development of several types of cancer including breast, prostate, and colon cancer. However, its role in endometrial cancer is not fully understood. Objective:The objective of this study is to investigate the expression of SIRT1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and determine its potential role in the development and progression of this cancer. Methods:Tissue samples from patients diagnosed with endometrioid adenocarcinoma will be collected and analyzed for the expression of SIRT1 using immunohistochemistry. The expression levels of SIRT1 will be compared to normal endometrial tissue samples. The correlation between SIRT1 expression and clinicopathological factors such as tumor stage, grade, and patient survival will also be analyzed.Expected Results:It is expected that SIRT1 expression will be upregulated in endometrioid adenocarcinoma compared to normal endometrial tissues. Higher expression levels of SIRT1 may also be associated with more advanced tumor stage and poorer patient survival. Conclusion:This study will provide insight into the role of SIRT1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and its potential as a target for therapeutic intervention. Understanding the molecular mechanisms involved in the development and progression of 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑endometrial cancer can help improve diagnosis and treatment outcomes for patients.
