This paper aims to study the quality management problems in the production process of SM company, analyze the existing problems and causes, and propose improvement schemes to improve production efficiency and quality.Through literature review and field observation of the production process of SM company, it is found that there are some problems in the production process of SM company, such as incomplete quality management system, weak quality awareness, outdated management methods, and low employee quality. These problems lead to unstable product quality on the production line, high rework rate, and affect the economic benefits and customer satisfaction of the enterprises.
