The study combines in vitro cell experiments and animal experiments. Firstly, the activity of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of SLE patients was detected through Western blotting, pathological sections and other methods, and the induction effect of prolactin on PBMCs was further observed on this basis. Secondly, the effect of prolactin on mouse immune system was observed by injecting prolactin into mouse models. Finally, AG490 was used to intervene in the prolactin-mediated JAK/STAT signaling pathway and evaluate its therapeutic effect on SLE.【Keywords】Systemic lupus erythematosus; JAK/STAT signaling pathway; prolactin; AG490
