This study aims to reduce epidural scar formation and improve surgical efficacy and quality of life through VEGF gene tissue engineering combined with ERK pathway intervention. The study will be divided into the following three steps: 1) construction of lentiviral expression vector; 2) establishment of in vivo model and experimental group design: Wistar rats will be divided into control, single VEGF, single ERK and VEGF+ERK groups. The model will be established by spinal epidural separation surgery, and the epidural scar formation and surgical effect will be followed up; 3) analysis of experimental results: HE staining, Masson staining and immunohistochemistry staining were used to analyze the morphology of the epidural region, compare the epidural scar formation and histological differences of the four groups of animals.
