This research will focus on analyzing the cultural features of Tujia and Miao ethnic groups and identifying the special terms related to their culture. The report will also examine the difficulties and challenges encountered during the translation process and discuss the strategies for addressing them.Methodology:This study is conducted in two stages. In the first stage, we will collect materials related to Enshi and Tujia and Miao ethnic groups. We will analyze the cultural characteristics of these groups and identify the specific terms that require translation.In the second stage, the identified terms will be translated into English using different approaches, including literal, functional, and conceptual translation.
