This paper aims to explore the reliability research of integrated large-scale chemical production systems and provide guarantees for hazards and accidents in the production process. Firstly, the concept, characteristics and advantages of integrated large-scale chemical production systems are introduced. Then, the corresponding risks and challenges from the perspective of reliability are analyzed, including fault identification, fault elimination, fault analysis and fault prediction, etc. Finally, suggestions and measures for reliability research and application are proposed, including data acquisition, fault identification technology, fault classification technology, fault warning technology and reliability analysis software tools, etc.【Key Words】integrated large-scale chemical production system; reliability; risk; fault identification; fault prediction
