This paper proposes a design and implementation of a software and hardware partitioning and scheduling algorithm, aimed at optimizing the efficiency and response speed of system resource utilization. Specifically, this paper first introduces commonly used software and hardware resources in modern computer systems, and then proposes a software and hardware partitioning algorithm based on task priority and resource requirements. Next, this paper designs a software and hardware scheduling algorithm based on CPU scheduling algorithms to optimize system performance. Finally, this paper conducts experimental verification and analyzes the experimental results.
