This article aims to explore the molecular mechanism of DNA abnormal methylation pattern in epithelial ovarian cancer, especially its application in molecular subtyping and clinical diagnosis.Firstly, this article will review the relevant background of epithelial ovarian cancer and its molecular subtyping, and introduce the existing research progress of DNA methylation and the latest technical means.
