In order to control the spread and infection of RHDV, it is necessary to establish effective diagnostic and preventive measures. This study aims to prepare monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against different subtypes of RHDV and identify their epitopes to provide theoretical basis for RHDV detection and vaccine development.Firstly, BALB/c mice were immunized with RHDV Cp antigen to prepare mAbs. Through ELISA screening, 5 high-efficiency and specific mAbs were obtained. Further Western blotting and indirect immunofluorescence assays demonstrated that these mAbs could efficiently recognize different subtypes of RHDV. Subsequently, through peptide array analysis and strain differentiation studies, the epitopes were preliminarily identified.
