This study aims to explore the physiological basis of water consumption characteristics and yield formation of different wheat varieties, and provide scientific basis for wheat planting. The study will compare and analyze the water consumption characteristics of different wheat varieties through parameters such as hydrological balance, evapotranspiration, and productivity index. At the same time, biochemical analysis and genetics methods will be used to explore the physiological basis of yield formation. It is expected that the study will help reveal the rules of water utilization and yield formation in wheat populations, and provide theoretical basis for improving drought resistance and stress tolerance of wheat.【Key words】wheat; variety; water consumption characteristics; yield formation; physiological basis
